SUMMARY

The ReddiNet Operations Manager ensures seamless and efficient functioning of ReddiNet’s daily operations and is responsible for overseeing customer support, technical team and driving continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence. This position is crucial in managing resources, developing policies, optimizing processes and collaborating with the Business Operations Coordinator to achieve operational productivity and profitability.  The manager exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment in performing the duties of the position.   
 
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  1. Manages customer operational requests end-to-end by initiating and tracking support tickets, fulfilling routine requests, providing necessary information, and coordinating with other team members to ensure timely and complete resolution.
  2. Manage all new Satellite installations from request to site survey and installation completion.
  3. Track activation and deactivation of sites in collaboration with the Business Operations Coordinator.
  4. Prepares electronic mailings, assembles, and coordinates mailings to ReddiNet customers.
  5. Maintains and updates contact database information.
  6. Triage and validate incoming issues by reproducing reported bugs before escalating to development, ensuring accuracy and minimizing unnecessary engineering effort.
  7. Plan and coordinate internal engagements by organizing meetings, managing schedules, and arranging team events that support alignment and collaboration.
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • 10 years’ experience with in operational executive operations over 5 years Project Management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels, both internally and with clients.
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and participate in cross-functional efforts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, able to prioritize and delegate tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all company matters.
  • Adaptable and open to changing priorities, consistently approaching tasks with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, persistent and priority driven to complete long-term projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general business operations.
  • Must have excellent judgment, ability to always exercise discretion and have a professional demeanor.
